Producing many pages primarily to manipulate rankings, with little value to readers — however they are made.

Added to Google's spam policies in March 2024, scaled content abuse replaced the narrower "spammy automatically generated content" policy. What matters is the purpose and value of the pages, not whether a person, a template or an AI model produced them.
