LCP (Largest Contentful Paint)

The Core Web Vital for loading: when the largest image or text block in the viewport finishes rendering.

LCP approximates when the main content becomes visible. A good score is 2.5 seconds or less. Slow server responses, render-blocking resources and large unoptimised hero images are the usual causes of a poor one.
